	Down this stately drive lies an Italian gem.
	The drive divides to embrace a lawn panel. Just beyond lies a sunken motor court.

	Looking back up the drive, you see the walls function as retaining walls for the grade change. Lawn is brought to the top of the wall, visually bringing it right up to the front landing when viewed from the street (see first photo).
